Terms of Service — IS Urban Movement

IS Urban Movement (“we”, “our store”, “us”) operates a retail e‑commerce website on the Shopify platform. We sell clothing and accessories, including personalized items and IS Urban Movement branded products.

 

2. Eligibility

To use our Services, you must:

 items may ship from different locations

  • orders may arrive in multiple packages

  • production begins shortly after purchase

  • cancellation may be impossible once production starts

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • customs

  • carriers

  • incorrect addresses

  • force majeure events

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

Non‑returnable items include:

  • personalized products

  • IS Urban Movement branded items

  • made‑to‑order products

These items are legally exempt from the right of return under EU regulations (2026).

All content on the website, including logos, images, product designs, and text, is the property of IS Urban Movement or our partners.
